Brad has over 30 years of experience in residential real estate acquisition and development, ground up new construction, and sales. As a former builder, he understands the challenges builders of all sizes face regarding funding, managing, and building residential homes.
Brad is also a licensed residential contractor and a licensed real estate agent in the state of Georgia.
